Most orders placed before 2:00 pm central daylight time are generally shipped out same-day. Your delivery time will depend upon your shipping location, most orders are received within two to three days of placing an order, the cost will be calculated in your shopping cart. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent out to you providing a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our facility
The Eco Print Web site is operated within the continental USA, and therefore we do not ship or bill to international addresses. We ship to the USA ONLY.

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase, the cartridge must not be EMPTY. Please provide us with your original order number or email confirmation to best serve you; for delivery orders, call (1-817-719-0937).
After 30 days from purchase, the product may only be exchanged for store credit or cartridge replacement. All remanufactured and compatible products are guaranteed from defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. The product must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a must not be EMPTY. There are no exchanges or refunds on empty cartridges. If you have received the wrong product, ordered the incorrect product, or if you have any questions, e-mail us at: Customer Care and a customer service representative will reply within one business day.
